1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within [3-7 business working days] after you’ve received confirmation email for your order. Orders are not delivered or shipped on weekends or public holiday.

If we experience high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by few days. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
